The Role: A large banking group is currently looking for strong Business Analysts who has experience working in the Banking industry, ideally retail banking. You will be required to work on the study phase of the Target Operating Model workstream. The Business Analysts will be required to define the requirements for the project and attain business sign off to these requirements. Responsibilities will include ensuring all appropriate stakeholders are engaged in requirements gathering activities, developing and managing comprehensive requirements documentation, the production and management of change requests and delivering a set of requirements with meets all regulatory, risk and compliance obligations.

The Candidate:
You must be a strong Financial Services or Banking Business Analyst. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability / experience of requirements definition and gathering, the ability to engage with stakeholders and demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship skills. Business Analysis experience on high profile projects is essential, alongside a retail banking background if possible.
